Our specialty varieties!

Bohemian Pilsner (4.8% ABV)

Straw colored beer with more malt character than many of the other lager styles. Saaz hops provide a soft hop profile. This pilsner is crisp, complex, and well-rounded yet refreshing.

Steam Beer (5.4% ABV)

A rarely seen style made famous by Anchor Brewery in California. Features lager ingredients brewed with ale yeast and fermented at ale temperatures (18C-20C). Along with Pale Ale, this style will be a good entry level craft beer due to its similarity to lager.

English IPA (5.0% ABV)

A hoppier, stronger version of the English Pale Ale but less bitterness than it's New World offspring. The hops has a grassy, rather than citrusy, aroma.

English ESB (4.9% ABV)

While the classic English Best Bitter sits at around 3.8%, this Extra Special Bitter weighs in at 4.9%, providing slightly more mouthfeel and bitterness whilst still retaining sessionability. This version of IPA has less hop character and a more pronounced malt flavor than the American versions.

Imperial Stout (8.0% ABV)

A Russian inspired higher alcohol version of the mainstream dry stout Guinness. Seven different malts provide sweeter, richer malt profile with coffee and chocolate notes and a creamy head.

Saison (6.4% ABV)

A classic artisanal style originally brewed in the farmhouses of Wallonia (the French speaking region of Belgium) as a refreshment for the farm workers during harvest time. A unique yeast drives the dry and sour refreshing flavour.

Strong Red Belgian Ale (8.0% ABV)

Rich, sweet, malty character in the tradition of Chimay Red. A perfect replacement for dessert wine.

Pumpkin Ale (5.0% ABV)

A specialty ale for Halloween with roast pumpkin added to the mash, and cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger and allspice added to the boil. Malty amber ale meets mom's Pumpkin pie!
